Sift dry ingred into bowl. cut shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk all at once and stir until dough follows fork around bowl. Turn onto floured board and knead 1/2 minute. Roll dough 1/4" thick. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle cinn/sugar. Cut in 2 in strips. Stack strips 5 high. Cut off 2 in pieces and place out side down on greased muffin board.
